About Prime Square
A Skopje agency built on residential and commercial work, not listings volume.
Prime Square opened in 2011 with one desk, one phone, and a conviction: Skopje deserved an agency that treats a two-bedroom in Aerodrom with the same rigor a bank applies to a portfolio. The founder came from commercial banking, and it shows in the paperwork; every mandate starts with documentation, not photography.
The practice grew along the city's own lines. Apartments in Debar Maalo and Centar came first, then whole buildings, then the office floors that a growing services economy kept demanding. Today the firm works both sides of that market: families buying their permanent address, and investors who need the numbers to survive scrutiny.
We have stayed deliberately small. Four people, one office, and a shortlist of properties we would put our own names on. Volume is a strategy; it is not ours.
How We Work
Priced to close, not to please
Valuations come from transactions we closed ourselves. Sellers hear the honest number first, even when a flattering one would win the mandate.
The building, not just the apartment
Before a viewing we read the building's documentation, its management, and its faults. Clients hear about the roof before they fall for the kitchen.
Relationships over transactions
Most new clients arrive through old ones. That only happens when the advice stays good after the commission is paid.
